Brew log: allow attaching of any file
At the moment, a brew log can have a beer.xml attached. Expand this so any file can be attached to a brew log as users may have Word or Excel docs, etc

At the moment the site forces users to select from a drop-down list of BJCP 2015 styles. I could expand this to allow free text entry so people aren't constrained to the BJCP view of the world
